Smith Howard is an independent graduate recruitment consultancy. We were founded in 2008 by a former investment banker, to provide investment banking organisations access to the highest calibre graduate and intern candidates. We recognise that to successfully recruit into an industry, you need experience and an understanding of that industry, to test not only a candidates knowledge and intellect, but also to better ascertain the individuals that will 'fit' with an organisation and its culture.
